Reel48 makes custom hats for businesses, crews, and events, and every one is made to order. We don't add a logo to a stock blank: once your design is approved we make each hat from scratch in any of our 7 styles, so you choose the fabric color, the rope (or no rope), side embroidery, inside labels and more, with your logo in embroidery or a PVC, silicone, or woven patch. The minimum order is 50 hats, every price is on the product page and in the cart, and you approve a free digital mockup within 24 hours of ordering. After the mockup we make a sample, and your hats are delivered 6–10 weeks after sample confirmation.

We make 7 hat styles, Custom Hat No. 1 through No. 7, so your hat starts from the silhouette your team actually wears: perforated performance crowns in structured and unstructured five-panel cuts and a six-panel ballcap, mesh-back trucker hats in five- and six-panel, a structured canvas five-panel, and an unstructured six-panel ballcap. The photos show each style in plain white so you can see its shape; yours is made from scratch in your colors, and every style takes all four decoration methods.
Want something outside those seven, like corduroy, camo, or a specific closure? We have done plenty of it. Have a look through the gallery and ask us; since every hat is made from scratch, a different fabric or build is a normal part of the job.
Custom trucker hats are our most-requested style. The mesh back keeps crews cool on job sites and the foam or canvas front panel is the perfect canvas for a PVC or embroidered patch.
Four ways to put your logo on a hat. We confirm the right one on your mockup.
Embroidery
The classic stitched look, with thread sewn directly into the hat. Embroidery is the most durable decoration method, handles text and simple logos beautifully, and reads as premium on every style from trucker hats to ballcaps.
PVC patches
Molded 3D rubber patches with bold, raised texture. PVC patches are waterproof, nearly indestructible, and give hats a modern outdoor-brand feel.
Silicone patches
A sleeker, lower-profile cousin of PVC with a smooth, flexible finish. Silicone patches handle fine edges well and feel premium to the touch.
Woven patches
Thread woven into a flat patch at much higher detail than embroidery can achieve. Woven patches capture small text, thin lines, and gradients accurately.

Order online
Pick your style and decoration, set the quantity, and check out. The price you see is the price you pay. Then reply to your receipt email with your logo; vector art is best, a high-resolution PNG works.

Approve your free mockup
Within 24 hours of your artwork landing we send a digital mockup of your hat (style, colors, and decoration) for approval before anything is produced.

We produce your order
Once you approve the mockup we make a sample, and when it's confirmed we make every hat in the run from scratch. The 50-unit minimum keeps per-hat pricing sharp.

Delivered in 6–10 weeks
