Four Ways to Put Your Logo on a Hat
Embroidery
The classic stitched look — thread sewn directly into the hat. Embroidery is the most durable decoration method, handles text and simple logos beautifully, and reads as premium on every style from trucker hats to ballcaps. Best for: established logos, monograms, and designs with up to a handful of colors.
PVC Patches
Molded 3D rubber patches with bold, raised texture. PVC patches are waterproof, nearly indestructible, and give hats a modern outdoor-brand feel. Best for: badge-style logos, outdoor and trade brands, and designs with clean shapes and strong contrast.
Silicone Patches
A sleeker, lower-profile cousin of PVC with a smooth, flexible finish. Silicone patches handle fine edges well and feel premium to the touch. Best for: minimalist marks, tech and lifestyle brands, and tone-on-tone looks.
Woven Patches
Thread woven into a flat patch at much higher detail than embroidery can achieve. Woven patches capture small text, thin lines, and gradients accurately. Best for: detailed logos, intricate artwork, and designs that lose fidelity when stitched.
Not sure which fits your logo? Our team confirms the method on your mockup before production, and you can read the full comparison in our hat decoration guide.
Hat Styles, Including Custom Trucker Hats
We carry 11 hat styles so your logo lands on the silhouette your team actually wears: mesh-back trucker hats in five- and six-panel, structured and performance ballcaps, low-profile fits in soft or performance crowns, and canvas. Any of them can be run blank for resellers. The ten base styles take all four decoration methods; the all-in Lightning Hat takes embroidery, PVC, or woven.
Want something outside that lineup — corduroy, camo, a specific closure? We have done plenty of it. Have a look through the gallery and ask us; sourcing a different blank is a normal part of the job.
Custom trucker hats are our most-requested style — the mesh back keeps crews cool on job sites and the foam or canvas front panel is the perfect canvas for a PVC or embroidered patch.
