Your logo goes right on the hat, anywhere in its spot, up to the size that spot prints. The inside label is a woven rectangle, 1.75 × 1 in, sewn to the sweatband, on a ground of any color. Thread colors are matched to your logo on your free mockup.
Every part you color is a Pantone Solid Coated (PMS C) color, found by its code or by hue. The plastic snapback matches the back panels. The sweatband follows the front panel: black on a dark hat, grey on a grey one, white on a light one.

Approve your free mockup
Within 24 hours of your artwork landing we send a digital mockup of your hat (style, colors, and decoration) for approval before anything is produced.
We produce your order
Once you approve the mockup we make a sample, and when it's confirmed we make every hat in the run from scratch. The 50-unit minimum keeps per-hat pricing sharp.
Delivered in 7–9 weeks
Most orders arrive within 7–9 weeks after sample confirmation. Working to a date? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm what's possible.
