These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reel 48 website (www.reel48.com) and any orders placed through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Reel48 Industries LLC ("Reel 48," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Orders & Pricing

• All custom headwear orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 50 units.
• Pricing is based on the decoration type, quantity, and any add-ons selected at the time of order. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on order quantity.
• Prices listed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Your order will be priced at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Reel 48. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Custom Products & Design

• All custom products are manufactured to your specifications. A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.
• Your order will not enter production until you have approved the final design proof.
• You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully. Reel 48 is not liable for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
• Basic design assistance is included. Complex design work may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before work begins.

Intellectual Property

• You represent that you own or have the right to use any logos, artwork, or designs you submit for customization.
• Reel 48 is not responsible for verifying trademark or copyright ownership. You agree to indemnify Reel 48 against any claims arising from your submitted designs.
• Reel 48 may photograph completed orders for use in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), company checks, and bank transfers.
• For first-time orders, full payment is required before production begins.
• Established clients may qualify for net payment terms upon approval.
• All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Production & Delivery

• Standard sample time is 2–3 weeks after design approval. Production timelines vary based on order volume and product availability.
• Rush production is available for an additional fee.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Reel 48 is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, contact us at info@reel48.com as soon as possible.
• Cancellations approved before production begins may be subject to a restocking or design fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel 48's total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. Reel 48 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Accounts

You may create an account to view order history and save your details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Reel 48 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Travis County, Texas.
