Because all Reel 48 products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Products
Custom-decorated headwear is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
We strongly encourage you to review your digital proof carefully before approving production. Once you approve the proof, Reel 48 is not responsible for errors in design, spelling, color selection, or sizing that were present in the approved proof.
Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, we will make it right:
- You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the defective items along with your order number.
- We will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, either replace the defective items or issue a credit.
- Defects covered include: incorrect decoration placement, poor stitch quality, wrong materials, or damage during production.
What Is Not Covered
- Errors in designs, text, or colors that were present in the approved proof.
- Slight variations in color between screen displays and physical products (color matching limitations apply, especially across different decoration types).
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage.
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after production.
Order Cancellations
- Before proof approval: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
- After proof approval but before production: Cancellations may be possible but could be subject to a design and setup fee.
- After production has begun: Orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace or reship damaged goods at no additional cost.
