Shipping & production

Every Reel48 order is custom-manufactured. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.

Can cooler production

3–4 weeks

Production starts as soon as you place your order. The design you confirm in the designer is your proof. Most can cooler orders are completed and delivered within 3–4 weeks; timeline varies by order size.

Custom hats

7–9 weeks after sample confirmation

You approve a free digital mockup within 24 hours of sending your artwork, we make a sample, and the run ships once the sample is confirmed. Most hat orders are delivered 7–9 weeks after that.

Express production

2–3 weeks

Any can cooler order can add express production at checkout and be made in 2–3 weeks instead of 3–4 weeks. The fee is $30 for 100–199 pieces, $40 for 200–399, $50 for 400–749, and $60 for 750 or more. On a hat deadline, tell us before you order and we'll confirm what's possible.

3–7 business days

After production, domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

    Order placed

    You place your order online. We confirm order details and begin the design phase.

  2. 2

    Design & proof

    Can coolers use the design you confirmed in the designer as the proof. For hats and polos our team sends a digital mockup for your approval, and custom hats then get a sample before the full run.

    Production

    Once you approve the proof, your order enters production. You'll receive updates at key milestones.

  4. 4

    Quality check

    Every order is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

    Shipping

    Your completed order is carefully packaged and shipped via a reliable carrier with tracking information.

Shipping details

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is a flat per-unit rate of $0.05 per can cooler (hats and polos carry their own), shown in your cart and charged at checkout.

Express Shipping: Any hat order can add express shipping for a flat $30.00 at checkout, and your hats go out by an expedited carrier once they are made. It doesn't shorten production.

Express Production: Any can cooler order can add express production at checkout, and your can coolers are made in 2–3 weeks instead of 3–4 weeks. It costs $30 for 100–199 pieces, $40 for 200–399, $50 for 400–749, and $60 for 750 or more.

International Shipping: International orders are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your destination and quantity and we will price the shipping. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply.

Tracking: Follow your order (production status, then tracking once it ships) at account.reel48.com, our customer portal. Sign in with the email address you ordered with; if no sign-in email arrives, email hello@reel48.com and we'll set up your access.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. See our return policy for details.
