Pricing and minimums
The minimum order is 100 polos. Every price below is per polo, drops at each quantity break, and is exactly what the cart charges — there is no separate setup fee, and a larger run uses the same ladder.
- Embroidery: $49.99 per polo at 100, down to $19.99 at 10,000.
- Shipping: a flat $0.20 per polo, shown in the cart before you pay. Production and delivery take 2–4 weeks; rush runs in 1–2 weeks. Details on shipping and production.

Pick your style and decoration, set the quantity, and check out — the price you see is the price you pay. Then reply to your receipt email with your logo; vector art is best, a high-resolution PNG works.

Within 24 hours of your artwork landing we send a digital mockup of your polo — style, colors, and decoration — for approval before anything is produced.

Production starts after approval. The 100-unit minimum keeps per-polo pricing sharp.
