About the Custom Polo
Polos from Reel48 carry your logo in embroidery. They're the uniform piece for front-of-house staff, sales teams and company events, decorated in Austin, TX.
Pricing runs from $49.99 per polo at the 100-piece minimum down to $19.99 at 10,000, plus a flat $0.20 per polo for shipping. Add them to your cart. You approve a free digital mockup before production, and most orders deliver in 3–4 weeks.

Pricing and minimums
The minimum order is 100 polos. Every price below is per polo, drops at each quantity break, and is exactly what the cart charges. There is no separate setup fee, and a larger run uses the same ladder.
- Embroidery: $49.99 per polo at 100, down to $19.99 at 10,000.
- Shipping: a flat $0.20 per polo, shown in the cart before you pay. Production and delivery take 3–4 weeks. Details on shipping and production.

Pick your style and decoration, set the quantity, and check out. The price you see is the price you pay. Then reply to your receipt email with your logo; vector art is best, a high-resolution PNG works.

Approve your free mockup
Within 24 hours of your artwork landing we send a digital mockup of your polo (style, colors, and decoration) for approval before anything is produced.

We produce your order
Production starts after approval. The 100-unit minimum keeps per-polo pricing sharp.

Delivered in 3–4 weeks
