Embroidery
The classic stitched look, with thread sewn directly into the hat. Embroidery is the most durable decoration method, handles text and simple logos beautifully, and reads as premium on every style from trucker hats to ballcaps.
PVC patches
Molded 3D rubber patches with bold, raised texture. PVC patches are waterproof, nearly indestructible, and give hats a modern outdoor-brand feel.
Silicone patches
A sleeker, lower-profile cousin of PVC with a smooth, flexible finish. Silicone patches handle fine edges well and feel premium to the touch.
Woven patches
Thread woven into a flat patch at much higher detail than embroidery can achieve. Woven patches capture small text, thin lines, and gradients accurately.

Pricing and minimums
The minimum order is 50 hats. Every price below is per hat, drops at each quantity break, and is exactly what the cart charges. There is no separate setup fee, and a larger run uses the same ladder.
- PVC Patch: $26.99 per hat at 50, down to $10.99 at 10,000.
- Embroidery: $24.99 per hat at 50, down to $10.49 at 10,000.
- Woven Patch: $25.99 per hat at 50, down to $10.49 at 10,000.
- Silicone Patch: $26.99 per hat at 50, down to $10.99 at 10,000.
- Side embroidery add-on: $3.00 per hat at 50, tapering to no charge at 700 and above. A flag, a location or a second mark on the side panel is the most common way orders use it.
- Shipping: a flat $0.40 per hat, shown in the cart before you pay. Delivery is 6–10 weeks after sample confirmation, and the sample follows your mockup approval. Details on shipping and production.

Within 24 hours of your artwork landing we send a digital mockup of your hat (style, colors, and decoration) for approval before anything is produced.

We produce your order
Once you approve the mockup we make a sample, and when it's confirmed we make every hat in the run from scratch. The 50-unit minimum keeps per-hat pricing sharp.

Delivered in 6–10 weeks
