How Much Do Custom Koozies Cost in 2026? (Real Price Table)
Custom koozies from Reel 48 cost between $0.89 and $2.99 per unit, depending on quantity. At the 100-unit minimum you'll pay $2.99 each; at 10,000 units the price drops to $0.89 each. Shipping adds a flat $0.05 per unit, and an optional bottle-opener magnet adds about $1 per koozie. Those are our real prices — the same numbers you'll see in our online designer before you ever talk to anyone.

What actually drives koozie pricing?
Quantity is almost everything. Set-up dominates the cost of a print run, so the per-unit price falls steeply as quantity rises — note the drop from $2.99 at 100 units to $1.59 at 500. If your event headcount is near a tier break, rounding up often costs little and leaves you spares.
Material matters too. Neoprene (the stretchy wetsuit fabric) costs more than thin collapsible foam but insulates better, prints sharper, and survives years of use — see our material comparison.
Add-ons: a magnetic bottle opener adds roughly $1 per unit at every tier. Artwork itself costs nothing extra at Reel 48 — you place your design in the online editor and the live preview is your proof.
What about hidden fees?
Watch for them elsewhere: many suppliers quote a low unit price, then add art fees, plate or screen charges, proof fees, and inflated shipping at checkout. Our checkout shows the full price — units plus $0.05/unit shipping — before you pay, and what you see in the designer is what we print.
