About the Custom Koozie
Custom Koozies are neoprene can coolers cut on our standard can die — Regular 12 oz can. The print panel is 4.22" wide by 4.03" tall with a 2.88" base disc, and the whole panel is yours: full-color artwork, text, any background color.
You design these online: pick a color, drop in your logo, and the live preview shows exactly what we print — that preview is your proof. Pricing without the magnet is $2.94 each at the 100-unit minimum, stepping down to $0.84 at 10,000, plus $0.05 per unit shipping. Add the bottle-opener magnet as the decoration option if you want them to stick to a fridge or a truck door; its ladder is listed below. Most orders deliver in 2–4 weeks, 1–2 weeks on rush.

- Fits: Regular 12 oz can.
- Print panel: 4.22" wide × 4.03" tall, with a 2.88" base disc — the same die outline the designer traces, so what fits on screen fits on the koozie.
- Material: neoprene, the stretchy wetsuit-style fabric that insulates better and prints sharper than collapsible foam, and holds its shape through coolers and tailgates.
Pricing and minimums
The minimum order is 100 units. Every price below is per unit, drops at each quantity break, and is exactly what the cart charges — there is no separate setup fee, and a larger run uses the same ladder.
- No Magnet: $2.94 per unit at 100, down to $0.84 at 10,000.
- With Magnet: $3.94 per unit at 100, down to $2.54 at 10,000.
- Shipping: a flat $0.05 per unit, shown in the cart before you pay. Production and delivery take 2–4 weeks; rush runs in 1–2 weeks. Details on shipping and production.
Standard or slim
The two dies are separate products so each carries its own price ladder: the slim koozie is $0.05 more per unit at every quantity break. The size picker inside the designer switches between them freely, so start on whichever one you need and change your mind there.
