# Shipping & production

> Every Reel48 order is custom-manufactured. This is what to expect from order to delivery.

## Timelines

| Stage | Timeline | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Standard production | 2–4 weeks | Production starts as soon as you place your order — the design you confirm on the site is your proof. |
| Bulk production | 3–4 weeks | Larger production runs. Timeline varies by order size. |
| Rush orders | 1–2 weeks | Available for an additional fee. Contact us with your deadline. |
| Shipping transit | 3–7 business days | Domestic transit after production, depending on location. |

## The process

1. **Order placed.** You order online or request a quote. We confirm details and begin the design phase.
2. **Design & proof.** A digital mockup goes out for approval; koozies ordered in the designer are proofed by the live preview.
3. **Production.** Approved artwork enters production, with updates at key milestones.
4. **Quality check.** Every order is inspected before it ships.
5. **Shipping.** Packaged and shipped with tracking sent to the email on the order.

## Shipping details

- **Koozie shipping:** flat $0.05 per unit, added at checkout.
- **Domestic:** all 50 US states. Costs are calculated at checkout from order weight and destination.
- **International:** case by case — [contact us](https://www.reel48.com/contact) for a quote. Duties and taxes may apply.
- **Tracking:** sent to the email given at checkout, from production through delivery.
- **Damage in transit:** contact us within 48 hours with photos. See the [return policy](https://www.reel48.com/return-policy).
- **Ships from:** Austin, TX.
