# Custom Hat No. 2

> Custom No. 2 Performance Ballcaps with embroidery, PVC, silicone or woven patches. 50-piece minimum, from $10.49 each at 10,000 up to $24.99 at 50.

Custom Hat No. 2 is a 6-panel performance-crown hat, one of the 7 custom hat styles Reel48 makes in Austin, TX. A performance crown is the lighter, athletic-style build behind most of the rope caps in our gallery. It's the fit crews and golf clubs reach for first. Every hat is made to order: once your design is approved we make it from scratch, so you choose the fabric color, the rope (or no rope), side embroidery, inside labels and more. The white hats in our product photos show each style's shape.

Every one of these no. 2 performance ballcaps takes embroidery, PVC, silicone or woven patches; pick the method and the price ladder updates to match. With embroidery, pricing runs from $24.99 per hat at the 50-piece minimum down to $10.49 at 10,000, plus a flat $0.40 per hat for shipping. Add it to your cart. From there you approve a free digital mockup, we make a sample, and most orders deliver 6–10 weeks after sample confirmation.
