## Choosing a route

The form asks what you need first, at `?topic=`:

## What the form asks for

- Always: name, email, company, phone, and your message.
- On artwork: your order number if it concerns one, and a link to your files. Vector art (AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF) is best; a high-resolution PNG works too.
- On wholesale: company (required here), website, and rough annual volume.
- `?topic=` is the only parameter the page reads. Nothing else is prefilled from the URL.

## Ordering

- Hats and polos are ordered from the catalog. Every per-unit ladder is on the product page and is what the cart charges: https://www.reel48.com/md/products; hat minimum 50 pieces.
- Hat and polo orders get a free digital mockup within 24 hours of ordering, for your approval before anything goes into production.
- Unpriced asks belong on this form: rush production, international shipping, koozie runs past 100,000 units, or a can size that is neither standard nor slim.
